AFT Colorado has scheduled the 2014-2015 Strategic Planning Meeting for Saturday, September 13 from 10:00 to 4:00. Lunch will be served. The meeting will be held in the basement at AFT Colorado’s office, located at 340 Inverness Way S. Parking is to the east of the office.
It is very important that each Local Union President and/or his/her representative attend this meeting. We will be discussing the future of AFT Colorado and each of the locals by analyzing the political, social and economic environment that we all face. We will set directions, strategic goals, methods and create an action plan.
Each local needs a voice at this table so that your members’ needs are addressed. Don’t let your local be left out and not included in the action plan. We currently have full-time organizers on staff and our ability to make changes is excellent.
